@Kimon Skarlatos I did not, I emulated the top subscription guys like Netflix, Prime Video etc. They must have a reason why it's free and not $1. It just helps reduce friction, plus this all comes down to your product. It must be good enough to have them hooked before the trial is over and maybe add some offer 2-3 days before it expires to make them commit. If the product is not good they will happily take the $1 loss in order to not spend more on said product which makes the whole philosophy of getting them to commit a bit more useless, but there are always exceptions.
Getting organized made all the difference
I see a lot of people struggle with staying organized and it really bottlenecks your growth. also it sucks Here’s a simple way I saw someone solve it, and what I did too: 1. Use a CRM to centralize all client interactions. 2. Automate reminders for calls and appointments. 3. Regularly update your system to keep everything on track.
