So I started since last week adding a 5min ankle one from the same lady after the knee one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilYNzLVzGok If you are struggling with any part of the body really whether it is hips or shoulders there seems to be such a routine for almost everything in this channel. I really recommend it
