I since found some of my balance issues might be related to the ankles and not just the knees. So I started since last week adding a 5min ankle one from the same lady after the knee one.
If you are struggling with any part of the body really whether it is hips or shoulders there seems to be such a routine for almost everything in this channel. I really recommend it
