Contract deals - inclusions/exclusions (fine print)
Curious if any of you guys do either contracts or handshake deals, I really do hope yall do the former. When it comes to your contract, what stipulations do you generally always put in. How about any special cases you've run into? Cheers!

Nice one, great post. I was going to ask a very similar question with regards contracts. Thanks Jackson that defiantly helps.
DISPOSABLE SUPPLIES
Where do you get your disposable supplies like quart cups, 5-quart buckets, roller covers, paint sticks, etc? We started with Sherwin Williams, Lowes, and Home Depot and soon found they were REALLY HIGH PRICED. If we get 5 comments here, I will share our source of low-price quality items.

@David Hamel thanks for the tip, appreciate it, I’ll check them out.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR FLOORS
We charge $7 a square foot and go up any time we drive over 45 min to the job up to $8. On top of that we change $265 for up to 25 feet of cracks. More for large sized cracks. Verticals are $7-$10 a foot. What does everyone charge?

I’m anywhere between $5.50 - $5.75 per sqft. Depending on how high the verticals are I’ll charge the same.

@Cole Chilcutt Hello Sir, I hear you regarding laying the floor on your own, I’m finding cure times and drying to fast an issue, especially as you have to keep going back and mixing the product yourself.
