Customer access?
Hi all, do you give customer access to a VAPI account for them to change/amend? I am in 2 minds, as the customer has paid for something, and therefore should be their 'property' but limiting their access to avoid issues...?

Hi all, what happens when 2 calls are made at the same time via Twilio and Vapi? Can twilio and vapi handle the calls at the same time?

Hi @Brendan Jowett , on your website you have your pre-built agents at $500 per month. Does this include usage? If so, how can you be sure the agent wont use more then $500 per month?

How do you price the AI Agents?
How does everyone charge for their AI Agents (chatbot and voice assistant)? Do you charge a setup fee then a monthly retainer? If so how much? Or do you charge by tokens used? I find that way to be way more complicating. Then for the voice assistant, that one is even more complex to charge. Would each feature have different charges and would you charge flat monthly fee or charge by call hours? Would after hours be more expensive than work hours?

Inbound Customer Service Greeting
When a user simply hangs up when they realize they're connected with an automated system - I deem that a complete failure. Does anyone have ideas or tips on how to write a greeting that promotes user engagement? This is an example of what I'm currently using: "Thank you for calling {company name}. Our office isn't currently available, but I can help set up a free estimate, or get you some help from a staff member. How can I assist?
