Help on Transferring Calls to Different Numbers Vapi
Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to make the voice assistant transfer calls to external phone numbers depending on which company they need to speak to in Vapi. I have a KB with the companies and their phone numbers. The problem is I don't know how to setup the Make API call to do the actual call. I'm not sure what's needed in the json, but I think I got the forward call function in Vapi right. Any help will be appreciated thanks 🙏

With the knowledge base integrated, would be great if the assistant is transferring calls externally to the correct phone number depending on the company the customer wants to speak to. The phone numbers for each company would be stored in the KB.

How do you price the AI Agents?
How does everyone charge for their AI Agents (chatbot and voice assistant)? Do you charge a setup fee then a monthly retainer? If so how much? Or do you charge by tokens used? I find that way to be way more complicating. Then for the voice assistant, that one is even more complex to charge. Would each feature have different charges and would you charge flat monthly fee or charge by call hours? Would after hours be more expensive than work hours?
