Inbound Customer Service Greeting
When a user simply hangs up when they realize they're connected with an automated system - I deem that a complete failure.
Does anyone have ideas or tips on how to write a greeting that promotes user engagement?
This is an example of what I'm currently using: "Thank you for calling {company name}. Our office isn't currently available, but I can help set up a free estimate, or get you some help from a staff member. How can I assist?
