Do you need help with your Pricing? Iโ€™ve sold $85M in B2B software
Structuring and determining your pricing as strategy can be the difference between being a freelancer making $1k - $30k MRR and building your empire (not easy). I have struggled myself to price AI solutions without scaring the customer away, Iโ€™m sure some of you run into the same challenge. Working in Silicon Valley I was exposed to the best mentors and learned the most effective pricing methods that allowed me personally to be a top sales performer. Itโ€™s quite simple but effective only when done right. If you sold more than me, then I need your advice :) In the spirit of helping the community, show me your pricing strategy or concerns and Iโ€™ll comment on what you need to fix and in most cases how you can extract much more from your AI customer. @Kishore Kumar depending on the stage of the company. There are three stages always: warm, cold, colder. 1. Warm: When I start itโ€™s always immediate network, referrals from network. Get the first 3 customers from my network. Offer a lot of value for free to get to MVP. 2. Cold: email outreach 3. Digital Marketing, social media, funnels, automated webinars. 4. Affiliation, resellers and partner programs. Those come much later from my experience though you may start conversations but rarely get real results early on. 5. SDR. Iโ€™ve built SDR teams for outbound but no longer do that. Today Iโ€™m more reluctant to do so and not a believer in cold calling. Iโ€™ve invested a lot into studying Russell Brunson over the last year plus and still working to master it. Building brand takes time and consistency, itโ€™s more powerful than cold calling even if it seems slower.

Real Estate Chatbot Not Taking off - anyone see better results
I have built in the last 1.5y several real estate chatbots for Real Estate brokersโ€ฆ.but though I built fairly advance chatbot with ability to search for listing, see home images and even chat with a propertyโ€ฆit doesnโ€™t seem like the website visitors are engaging enough with the chatbot. This led me to think perhaps itโ€™s not a good market fit and people just prefer to use the standard website over a chatbot. Anyone seeing better or different results and was able to crack this one? Voiceflow limitations
Hey guys, for those using Voiceflow: Does the $50 per month plan have any limitations in terms of the number of conversations it can handle, or any similar restrictions? I have a client who wants to manage a high volume of conversations, and I am considering which tool and plan would work best for this. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

@Sebastian Valbuena VF has token limits, but you can add tokens. You will notice your token utilization on the bottom left. When reaching close to the end of the quota you will see an alert. In case you or anyone else is wondering, can you not use VF tokens and bypass their increased token price, the answer is yes. One way of bypassing the limits is to use VF with open source platform like Flowise. I have integrated Flowise so the ai blocks are actually calling my custom LLM or any LLM from Flowise. For large scale high volume AI applications you even switch to llama 3.x and eliminate token costs all together. hope this helps.
