Hi, today I want to say that today, training I hit 28 seconds in a 50 freestyle, I am very happy, because I have 33 in competition and that means I am improving, because sometimes, I am so tired of trainig that I think I am not improving, but this things make me feel more confident.

My ultimate dream is going to the Olympics
My focus is short course. That’s because I only have one long course competition and that in February, since we only have one city in Northern Norway which has a long course pool.

Hi, I'm Dani, im a spanish swimmer of 14 years, I discovered this community in Instagram in a post that said "do you want to loose the anxiety in competition?", and thats my biggest problem, I was never the best of my friends swimming, but I keep improving and improving and I am training a lot and very hard, stretching, eating healthy and more things, because win something and prove that you dont have to born to swim, you have to train to do it is my biggest dream. But in competition I always have the same problem, I am VERY nervous, before competing I vomit and later, my marcs are worse than the marcs that I do training. I think I talked a lot, but I can't talk of this with anyone, if you have read all the text, thanks a lot. ❤️
