Anyone here doing Direct Mail using their own phone number for inbounds leads once prospect or have separate google voice for direct mail ?

@McKlane Bobbitt or anyone that knows. How accurate is the information on propwire vs propstream. I cancelled propstream and am pretty new to using propwire. I deep dived one got ahold of the heirs and they say the mortgage company is paying the taxes, they're not behind in taxes, but I also checked county records and I don't see a new mortgage company, old one is from 1991 and loan amount back then was only 44k. they say the mom has a mortgage but propwire shows it's free and clear. Property still shows in moms name she passed 5 or 6 yrs ago

For me it's texting and cold calling. My last deal I got cold calling after deep diving family on tax delinquent & CV. I had no competition on it in a great area.

Hey all, I'm looking and testing a few different CRMs right now. I'm currently outsourcing outbound lead generation and getting fed motivated leads and looking more at PPL for inbound lead sourcing. I like REISift, but don't love that its not integrated with data and calling such as something like one of the GHL builds. Just wondering what you're using, what your lead gen model is, and what you like/hate about what you're using?
