Propwire vs Propstream

or anyone that knows. How accurate is the information on propwire vs propstream. I cancelled propstream and am pretty new to using propwire. I deep dived one got ahold of the heirs and they say the mortgage company is paying the taxes, they're not behind in taxes, but I also checked county records and I don't see a new mortgage company, old one is from 1991 and loan amount back then was only 44k. they say the mom has a mortgage but propwire shows it's free and clear. Property still shows in moms name she passed 5 or 6 yrs ago
