Good morning! My VA has been calling for about 2 wks and no leads. Any advice on what it could be. I've rotated numbers and we are dialing a highly motivated list. Just looking for suggestions

Document your SOPs immediately if you haven’t. Simple enough is hiring an Admin even 20 hours a week to take the paperwork and minneal takes off your plate.

@Steven Proctor next step I would look at is your current offers/ prospecting efforts. And that would help me determine if it’s more or less a data issue or lead follow up need

Good Question! Interest rates will always affect retail buyers and most live or die in a "30 second" view of whats going on in interest rates. Historically the average (except the 80s) is 7-8% interest. If you're flipping project base on that, we are padding our deals with heavy concessions on our flips to stay competitive in the market (5-10% concessions) Get feedback from your buyers if you're wholesaling deals to them and pad your offers a little bit more as to help incase they get a little lower on their buy box.
