Question
I am resistant weight training and I find that my muscles are still a little sore/achy 4 days after. Is it a good idea to go back into the gym or should I wait until I feel nothing. I don’t want to hurt/injure my muscles, but I get a little antsy to get back into the gym.

I agree, some free weights, a kettle bell, bench seat and resistant bands.

I always enjoy the video interviews you do. They are very educational and inspiring. I am already a dedicated person but these get me even more motivated.
Gym time
I have weights at home but this morning I finally stepped into the gym. I followed the lean seven beginner HIT workout and now I have my base point. Looking forward to my next workout.

Muscle gains
Hi, I am from Alberta Canada, I am 45 and my goal is to gain more muscle and get stronger. I am a petite person and weight gain has always been a struggle for me. As of January 2024 I have mostly eat meat, eggs and Dairy (ketovore) which has reversed most of my autoimmune conditions and has made me feel amazing. I work out at home but seemed to have plateaued. So I am looking to venture into the gym in hopes to find a trainer like Anthony.
