Doubts about the programs used.
On the second block of tutorials "Alchemy Codex" Dave speaks about installing Anaconda to start coding in Python, but then he talks about using Visual Studio Code, an IDE, to write and run code. My question is: are those two programs used for the same thing? What's the difference between them and why is it good to use both programs? I feel I'm missing something, so I'm going to rewatch the videos but let me ask this. Thank you in advance.

Anaconda manages environments and packages, making it easier to set up and maintain different Python versions and libraries, especially for data science projects, but it's is not a substitute for an IDE (which is what VScode is) rather, it is a powerful package and environment manager that can be used in conjunction with IDEs. Hope this clarifies

Great video, I watched it a few times. Thanks Dave. I really like the Instructor resource, I was looking at Pydantic AI earlier but didn't know about Instructor until I saw your video

Thanks for informing us about this. I've got it installed already. Its more like a limited plan, not entirely free. But its enough to compliment other copilots like Cline when it is not working properly.
