Brothers, It has been suggested for me to replace my snacking with nuts instead of chips, and protein shakes instead of ice cream, which I have started doing to improve my weight and sugar / salt intake. one thing that has helped with consistency was following many 'influencers' on social media. it was a constant reminder that i will get to where i want to be and to keep pushing the needle forward. be aware of what you consume, because you are the average of the 5 people you hang around, and you are also the average of what you consume online
