PRIZES, PRIZES, PRIZES! From March to Health Challenge!
High 5's all around for EVERYONE who participated in the March to Health Challenge! Whether you made a few posts here and there, or you went full throttle and shared your 3M's daily, I truly loved reading everyone's posts and commenting on them individually. I also enjoyed inputting my own contributions and was inspired by the process and integration of the 3M's for daily health habits and awareness. I encourage everyone to keep sharing, and also, check out the attached PDF for our weekly Health Tracker, where you can keep the momentum going and share at the end of the week. MINDSET: During Ramadan, I’m focusing on the purpose of the month and practicing to be patient! 🌙 MOVEMENT: I did stretching in the morning to add some movement to my day. 🙆🏻‍♀️ MICRONUTRIENTS: I make sure that I eat nutritional food at the iftar time like dolma (Turkish version; you cook the meat and rice and place the mixture on the grape leaves and roll it!) and my favourite lentil soup! 🥣
