Goal Setting for 2025
My favorite activity to complete between Christmas and New Year's is to write out my vision for the upcoming year. If you have not yet planned your goals for 2025 and would like access to a training that helps you walk through this, please send me a direct message or send an email to galel@sosdojo.com.

Hi @Clarice Barnett sorry for the delayed response, I've been on Zoom all day everyday! Here are examples I pulled online of what the 9-word email looks like: - “Are you still looking at growing your blog traffic?” - “Are you still looking for a new job opportunity in banking?” - “Are you still interested in improving home security?” - “Are you still looking to have your home painted?” - “Are you still considering buying a new car?” - “Have you made any progress with your kitchen renovation?” Yours would be something to the effect of: "Have you made any progress with your fitness goals?"

@Clarice Barnett I'd revive that email list ASAP by sending them the "9-word email" Dean Jackson developed. Subject Line: <Include Recipient’s Name> Body: <9-word Question> Now, an example for a business coach: Subject Line: Hey Joe Body: Are you still interested in making more money while working less?

What’s Your Lead Magnet Actually Doing?
Let’s talk about your lead magnet. You know, that free thing you’re offering to “attract leads”? Here’s the harsh truth: if your lead magnet isn’t pulling in the right people, it’s just another digital freebie floating around the internet. The goal isn’t to get anyone and everyone onto your email list—it’s to attract qualified leads who actually need and want what you’re selling. Here’s a quick audit to see if your lead magnet is doing its job: - Is it solving a specific problem your ideal client has? If it’s too generic, it’s not going to resonate. - Does it lead naturally into your paid offer? The best lead magnets set up the next step (your product or service) as the logical solution. - Is it actionable? People should get a small, tangible win from your lead magnet—and want more of what you offer. If your lead magnet isn’t checking these boxes, it’s time for an upgrade. What’s your current lead magnet, and what’s it doing for you? Drop it below or share your thoughts—let’s figure out how to make it a magnet for paying clients, not just freebie seekers.

Video: Want More QUALIFIED Leads? Watch This Now
Struggling to attract the right clients without feeling like a pushy salesperson? Here’s the deal: Selling doesn’t have to feel awkward or forced. In fact, the best leads—the ones who are eager to work with you—come naturally when you focus on three simple things: 1. Authentic Storytelling: Your audience craves connection, not a sales pitch. Learn how to share your story to inspire trust and reliability. 2. Leading with Value: Give before you ask. When you solve small problems upfront, your audience will see you as their go-to expert. 3. Knowing Your Ideal Client: Stop trying to market to everyone. Speak directly to the people who need your solutions the most. If you’re tired of spinning your wheels chasing the wrong leads, this video is a must-watch. Watch my latest YouTube video to learn how to attract qualified leads with ease—no sleazy tactics required!
