Started with a good stretch Chest press machine 3X15-20reps started at 100lbs and worked down to 70lbs but increased the amount of reps every time Dumbbell overhead triceps extensions 3X15reps @ 25lbs Tricep curls with the rope looking thing 4X15-20reps started at 100lbs and worked my way down to 70lbs increasing the reps every time Tricep press 3X15-20reps started at 100lbs and worked my way down to 70lbs Free dumbbell pec flys 2X15reps @ 15lbs Actual seated pec fly 3X did each side 5reps individually and then both at the same time for another 5reps Solid workout! I feel great! See, tonight I came straight from school because if I go home, then I get planted and don’t feel like coming out again. This way, I already did my workout and I can go home and not worry about it! It’s all about the mindset! 💪🔥
