Hey guys, just wanted to give a public shout out to @Morgan Lawler for pushing through and it looks like getting his first deal done with banks, investors, etc. The guy has a ton of talent and gets it when it comes to making sure he builds good product that he can be proud of. Not sure if it will all get done the way he envisioned, but by golly he is taking steps and getting it done!

I am in Phoenix to present at a little mastermind and on the way out here I was thinking about the biggest and/or most important needs for my business. My biggest right now is the capital stack. I’m working on this, and next week should be a big one for me. But, I also realized that I need to tighten up my SOPs, checklists, etc. I freaking hate doing that shit, but it is a necessary evil that every business needs to have in place. What about you?

Hey ladies and gents, originally from GA but the mountains called and I currently live in WA. Just getting started as a land investor. Been at it for about two months full time and have purchased one property and have a couple more UC. Also do land sales as an agent in MT, GA and SC.
