Hey guys, welcome to a community of land investors who do it the "right way." This is something I have thought about for years, starting a community, and now is the right time for me to share. We will talk flips, value add, subdivides, roads, wells, fencing, waterlines, surveys, plats, listings and all of the above. More importantly, we are going to discuss how to do things correctly and how to leave a lasting positive impact on the buyers, sellers and contractors we all work with.
