What is your biggest need right now?
I am in Phoenix to present at a little mastermind and on the way out here I was thinking about the biggest and/or most important needs for my business.
My biggest right now is the capital stack. I’m working on this, and next week should be a big one for me.
But, I also realized that I need to tighten up my SOPs, checklists, etc. I freaking hate doing that shit, but it is a necessary evil that every business needs to have in place.
