I think everyone is mineral deficient, but how fixed it that is a question everything is so expensive and the food we eat is not good. The water we drink is not good so where do you start? We spend hundreds of dollars. Natural. or organic food thinking we’re getting the nutrition we need most people can’t afford it. Most people don’t have the resources and medical system just wants to prescribe synthetics so what to do.
