ACTIVATE- this is probably simpler than you think, a little bit of breath work or deep breathing, 10 or 20 air squats, five or 10 push-ups, 100 pull-ups (kidding) DRINK - 16 ounces of water within 16 minutes of waking up APPRECIATE - ask yourself what’s right about everything in your life, journal, prayer, or find the beauty in everything all around you MEDITATE - this is the hard part for most people, but sit there, close your eyes, and get lost in between your thoughts.
