Evening workouts/late evening meals…
I know there’s probably a lot of opinions on this topic. So here it goes…some think the last meal should not be after 8pm. Some thing even after 5 is too late. When you workout around 7 and stretch/shower before you know it it’s 8-8:30. I’m eating my dinner now of approved post workout protein/starch. Should I just have a protein shake when it’s this late, or is it okay to eat a full meal when I’ll be heading to bed between 9:30-10pm? Thanks for the help!!
