Free fatty acid finisher
My apologies for asking this question as I know samples must be in here somewhere, but I just cannot find references to them. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

For this we just want you to do 5-20 minutes of low intensity cardio after your workout. When you finish your workout you will have free fatty acids circulating in your blood. To avoid them being restored just do a little low intensity cardio. A nice walk will do the trick.
Evening workouts/late evening meals…
I know there’s probably a lot of opinions on this topic. So here it goes…some think the last meal should not be after 8pm. Some thing even after 5 is too late. When you workout around 7 and stretch/shower before you know it it’s 8-8:30. I’m eating my dinner now of approved post workout protein/starch. Should I just have a protein shake when it’s this late, or is it okay to eat a full meal when I’ll be heading to bed between 9:30-10pm? Thanks for the help!!

We advise your last meal be around 1.5 -2 hours before bed. There are some things that work really well before bed like, Caesin protein. Also, the starch at your last meal can help improve sleep quality if that is an issue. Some of our clients don't go to be until 11 or 12 so their last meal or protein is at 9 or 10. When you workout at 7 you are good to have a meal after.

Your ingredients should be Cultured Pasteurized Skim Milk, a fruit if you choose, and some live active cultures. That's it.
Strength 💪 test
Can someone help me how to do the strength test for week 1? Like generally I can chest Press 35 Kgs for 12 reps 3 to 4 sets. And now on the strength test log it shows planned weight and actual weight , it's confusing me.

Hi Asma. Your planned weight is the weight you think you are at or have been at. The actual weight is the weight you actually used to complete the 8 reps.
