What is the cost per lead and the cost per appointment with b2b kitchen and bathroom remodeling ads?

Hi everyone, I've ran this ad (and 4 other similar images) for 3 days (spent $120) on facebook for a roofer in north america with no leads. Other campaigns similarly performed very poorly :( If anyone has experience running roofing campaigns, I would really appreciate if we can get on a quick call and help me build out a working campaign (for free cuz I havent been paid by this client for obvious reasons). Or just give me advice in the comments, I would be grateful for any feedback.

Anyone have any recommendations for cold calling software, preferably one that's cheap and efficient (with a powerdialler, possibly predictive dialler as well), I'm stuck between GoHighLevel and Close CRM. With ghl I would just use the free trial so its free, but im worried the numbers will come out as spam, with close I doubt that will happen but its $59 a month which is a bit steep for me. Not sure which one, would love some advice.

so a client was a literal dinosaur, so i created my own ad account and he just gave me his card details facebook said that they couldn't verify the card as it was an AUS card and i live in the Philippines the ad account is disabled, i've sorted it with my client i just cant created any more ad accounts because of the disabled one how do i delete the disabled one?
