I love Barbera. I posted the first video of a vaccine video series put together by Hillsdale college and I just watched the second one yesterday and plan on posting it today. It’s very eye opening and very scary.

Hi everyone! I’m from Iowa and I’ve been a member of HAHA since about March. I’m a reiki practitioner and cert. naturopathy practitioner and I’ve been teaching meditation challenges in the other group. My biggest health challenge is my hormones. Over the past 5 + years I’ve drastically changed my lifestyle and began cycle syncing which has improved my health so much but I still struggle quite a bit with premenstrual symptoms and they’re always unpredictable. I’m very grateful for these groups. They’ve helped me stay motivated, become a better practitioner and has given me a sense of community.

@Renee Mohr I’ve been considering it. I recently started taking oil of oregano but I may do the parasite cleanse that Doug offers in The HAHA the next time he does it. I have had functional blood work done and that helped tremendously.
