The Free Skool Strategy NOBODY Talks About...
Most community owners goal is to monetize a paid community, which is dope! But right now I want to focus on anyone who wants to create a free community to sell more of whatever they already sell. I really think It's a no-brainer and want to give you my raw journey of 0 - 1,900+ members without a big following. To put this 'no brainer' into perspective, if you had a marketing agency for gym owners. Why not host a free community and attract 100-1000+ gym owners (for free) collect their info and add to you email campaign's and SMS blast's, provide free trainings, maybe group calls? (all of this builds trust) and then upsell your exact same original service. You'd get more clients and build more authority. Translate this into whatever it is that you do^^ So, It's early 2023, I'm stuck in a warehouse job, one year deep into 'after hours entrepreneurship' and struggling to sign my first client... frustrated and probably thinking I was a little better than I really was, lol. I decide to burn the boats and go all in a few months later and towards the end of 2023, I create a Skool community. I didn't really know the direction I wanted to take it at the time, so I jumped off the cliff and hoped I'll be able to build a parachute before I hit the ground. I brute forced my way to 100 members and traction picked up, organically here on Skool. This year I've scaled past 1,900 members (and no that doesn't include a lot of bots or fake accounts). Most of it has been organic growth on Skool, simply by being helpful. From this I've managed to book 100+ sales calls with members who I've built trust and a great connection with who I had some answers for the roadblocks they we're facing in their business. It's given me a little boost in my personal brand too. I'm not against paid communities, most of my clients have them and in fact, maybe I'll end up with one myself. It took a lot of trial, error, and learning, but here's what I discovered: the key to scaling your business is systems. Skools in-built auto DM is one of the strongest one's I've turned many auto DMs into booked calls and closed clients.

My Turn to Go for GOAT 🐐
With the Season of Madness underway, I thought what better time to try than now? I'm gonna try to get to GOAT before September ends. I'm 800 points away. So close, yet so far. I'm so grateful for this platform. I've only been here for four months and I've grown so much! The network of people I've gotten access to, the relationships I've built and continue to build, the absolute GOLDMINE of info I get access to for free... Man, I don't think I'd be able to do business on my own. I've tried before and felt so alone. Not anymore 😼 I've got my 🔥 back and now I've turned my sights on Level 7. Let's DO IT!!!! Anyone else also going for Goat???

Attention all teachers in Skool‼️
If you create lessons for your students and community members here’s an AI 🤖 trick that has been helping me 1. I create my ideas for my lesson, then I use chat gpt to help me format how I want to present the lesson. 2. I copy the revised version of my lesson, and then I take it to a website named gamm.app and I use it to create a presentation out of my lesson. 3. I download that as a pdf for my community to download, but you can also present it from there and I like the spotlight feature they have on there. 4. (Bonus Step) If you really want to get fancy, download the presentation from gamma in PowerPoint style, take it to keynote, and dress it up exactly how you want it and have a nice clean recording to post on YouTube. Hope this was helpful 🙏🏽

@Jeffery Williams So you're saying Keynote sorta transforms the quality of the PPT so that it becomes better for a screenshare type of Youtube Video recording?

Hormozi's 13 Rules To Quickly Scale A Skool
I asked Hormozi "If you could only say one thing to help The 100 grow their Skool business as much as possible in 90 days what would you say?" In typical Hormozi style he overdelivered and gave 13 rules. Which stands out to you?
