I agree with everyone else here. I don't think free trials are the solution to this. Your VSL is great. Your story is relatable. You've got tons of social proof. You seem like you know what you're doing. Everything looks amazing. I just don't know who you're talking to. The vibe it gives me is that it's for sports conditioning. But the wording makes it sound like it could also be for an overweight woman in her 40s to tone her body (not specifically that. Just an example). You said your traffic is from Instagram. I don't know if that's from ads or organic audience, but lead magnets will definitely draw people in. If they're free, people will take them even if they don't need them. That's different from your community. If people don't know whether they're your target audience, they won't buy.
