Last night I hosted a workshop to guide some of the women in my FREE community to being a paid member through a 1-time purchase offer....and one of them said, "I still have other courses to do in the community that I havent got to yet"... These are the free mini courses I have as prizes on my leaderboard.... got me thinking - different "prizes" are needed.... Thoughts? What are you using on your leaderboard?

So, when I search my actual community name - I am still not #1 in the results... my community name is on on my about pages in a few places... But if they search my name, I am #1? So - am not sure what's causing me to not show up as #1 - with my community name?

I teach people some of this stuff about marketing and finding your niche.... and my own stuff has been way too broad. Launching a new part of my company in 2025 and picked a niche - creating all the content around that "one person" we will be serving.... It's soooooooooooooooooooo much easier and they will 100% sure know I am talking to them.... On Skool I think it's even more important so that people can find you easily.... What's your niche? Is it narrowed down enough?
