This is the best suggestion I can give you on staying motivated. ⏩ Surround Yourself with Positivity: The people you hang around, the content you consume—it all affects your energy. Make sure it’s inspiring. Whether it's motivational videos, books, or just a friend who keeps you accountable, surround yourself with positivity. ⏩ Remember Your "Why": Why did you start this in the first place? Keep reminding yourself of your bigger goal. Write it down, stick it to the wall, and revisit it often. It’s easier to stay motivated when you remember why you’re pushing forward. Motivation may dip from time to time, and that's okay. What matters is staying consistent and taking step forward. Show up for yourself every day, even if it’s in small ways.

It’s hard, but your time and energy are limited. ⏩ Break Big Tasks Into Smaller Steps: Overwhelming often comes from trying to tackle massive tasks all at once. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps. ⏩ Use Time Blocks: Schedule your work in focused blocks of time with breaks in between. This way, you can give your full attention to one task without getting distracted by everything else on your mind. ⏩ Rest, Reflect, and Adjust: You can’t do everything at once, and that’s okay.
