Shall we snatch again?
I was thinking that I could train snatches again, first 5 min and then 10 min. One of my micro cycle workout could be "only snatches". Are you with me and Gregor? Let's talk in this thread. Perhaps we could organise somethin during January or February, so we have time to train properly.

Yes to this idea. No real goal in numbers, but just get better, to have more confidence in doing high rep counts, and with heavier weights.

Victoria, Canada, goal to get back to the fitness I was in seven years ago, lost weight and felt great, but had big life change, professionally, and not for the better. Used to train with mostly jump ropes, and loved it, but with our rainy, cold winters, kettlebells were an option that I could use at home, and learn new skills, and have really enjoyed using them. And joining a positive community like this helps in many ways.

@Lucy Fale As nice as the mild winters are where I live now, there are times I do miss the snow. There's so much fun to be had with it!

Circuit of 2 times 2 rounds with single KB. 1´ rest in between rounds. R1 20K R2&3 22K R4 24K. Thank you Gregory for the 30 burpees finisher. Made sure I had a good push-up there. No crossfit burpee swinging allowed 😜 In total 33´ workout, warm-up not counted for.
