@Colson B i have the same exact thing and that’s probably what im most worried about and not being able to focus in school because i would be so tired but i am also interested in seeing how it goes because ive never had to do this before. but ill take these things into consideration as well.

Not doing enough
Hey Yall. i feel like im not doing enough to become the best i can be. i’m starting to do hockey practice 2 times a week. i don’t really workout unless if i do it in P.E. which its summer and i don’t go to school till next week. i don’t know if its like me being unmotivated or i just feel that im not doing enough. anything i could be doing everyday? i also don’t really eat that healthy. I try too but im not a huge fan of fruits and vegetables. it’s more of a texture thing to me than anything. i’ve been doing good with water and eating meats and protein and all that. most of the time im eating chicken and rice 😂. but if you guys got any tips to start doing better and improving my game and my life i grately appreciate it. also luke thank you for creating for such a awesome community.

@Luke Croucher i have tried a lot of fruits. i love avocados, potato’s, i have had broccoli, i have had watermelon too. i do feel like trying more things especially fruits and veggies. i have tried a lot but that was a while ago. like i probably tried a lot when i was 11-12 and im 15 now so maybe it will change on me idk. but i’ll try fruits and vegetables

so this past week i’ve been non stop hockey and i’ve improved a lot since the first time i touched the ice but i feel like i should be skating differently or i skate kinda weird

@Luke Croucher no i haven’t. i guess what we’ve been working on a lot is edges and getting to feel confident on the edges. but no powerskating
