Hey Yall. i feel like im not doing enough to become the best i can be. i’m starting to do hockey practice 2 times a week. i don’t really workout unless if i do it in P.E. which its summer and i don’t go to school till next week. i don’t know if its like me being unmotivated or i just feel that im not doing enough. anything i could be doing everyday? i also don’t really eat that healthy. I try too but im not a huge fan of fruits and vegetables. it’s more of a texture thing to me than anything. i’ve been doing good with water and eating meats and protein and all that. most of the time im eating chicken and rice 😂. but if you guys got any tips to start doing better and improving my game and my life i grately appreciate it. also luke thank you for creating for such a awesome community.
