Hi there. I'm Laura
I'm a Gator/Subto/AspireWealth(MoneyIs) Member. My family and I (husband and two daughters) are doing a house hack on 25 acres in North East Texas with a main residence and a short term rental tiny house on a private pond. I love providing amazing guest experiences and customer experience is my jam! My corporate background was loyalty marketing/customer experience at Southwest Airlines until I stepped away to stay at home with my kids. They are now preteens and I have been venturing into the lending/real estate world for a couple of years now. I am currently in the middle of my first lending deal. Would love to generate consistent active income with a lending business, but I'm scared to even say a number, because I don't want to fail! I need to get over that! :) I'm very passionate about elevating the middle class so we can earn more, keep more, and give more. I'm also interested in learning savvy tax saving financial strategies. I want ALL of us to create generational wealth. So, I'm here to learn from Alexis because she's awesome and VERY knowledgeable. I've already indirectly invested with Alexis in her and Abraham's deals (through my husband's IRA). :) Thanks Alexis for creating your group! Greetings Skoolmates!! Looking forward to working with as many of you as I can. - Where are you from? Live in Malibu, CA but main markets are Southern California and Kansas City, MO/KS - What do you want to get out of the group? Continue to build my network of like-minded investors and make this community a PML powerhouse and deal flow machine! Help as many people in this community become financially secure through entrepreneurship. - What is your passive income goal? ($/mo) $50,000/month to start and reassess in 18 months - WHY do you want to start lending? New to real estate but I have capital. Private funding opportunities
Hi guys! I’m a PML, flipper, wholesaler here in Charleston, SC. I have a deal I’m working that I would consider using private funds. I’m liquid to take it down myself, but wanted to potentially put it out to the group. Is this allowed? I don’t want to step on any toes here. Can we use this platform to network with other lenders for our own deals? Or is this more for information, learning and pooling funds for Alexis’s deals. Reluctant to post details until I get some clarity on this. Thanks all!

I hear you @Karen Lindstrom ! A utilize a 15 point due diligence process for all of my borrowers - both directly and for those I’m a liaison for. As a liaison I’m like a guardian with my lenders/partners and stay in the deal with them. I’m also a coach/former therapist so I help with the emotional and psychological aspects of the lending business. Feel free to text at 5054005007
