Private funding opportunities

Hi guys! I’m a PML, flipper, wholesaler here in Charleston, SC.

I have a deal I’m working that I would consider using private funds. I’m liquid to take it down myself, but wanted to potentially put it out to the group.

Is this allowed? I don’t want to step on any toes here. Can we use this platform to network with other lenders for our own deals? Or is this more for information, learning and pooling funds for Alexis’s deals.

Reluctant to post details until I get some clarity on this.
