Who here needs there first deal?
Hey hey! I have a couple loans coming up in my personal business that I'm willing to invite an investor in on! In my company we mainly focus on first position PML in Atlanta with monthly interest. These loans are to fix and flippers and all of our loans have a 6 month balloon. We are typically funding deals $150-250k and partner with people who want to take down the loan themselves or contribute $50k+. As a partner you can get 10-12% annualized interest with a monthly interest payment. I am partnering with capital partners on new PML deals every week! I want to do deals with this community! Private funding opportunities
Hi guys! I’m a PML, flipper, wholesaler here in Charleston, SC. I have a deal I’m working that I would consider using private funds. I’m liquid to take it down myself, but wanted to potentially put it out to the group. Is this allowed? I don’t want to step on any toes here. Can we use this platform to network with other lenders for our own deals? Or is this more for information, learning and pooling funds for Alexis’s deals. Reluctant to post details until I get some clarity on this. Thanks all!
