Hi guys! I’m a PML, flipper, wholesaler here in Charleston, SC. I have a deal I’m working that I would consider using private funds. I’m liquid to take it down myself, but wanted to potentially put it out to the group. Is this allowed? I don’t want to step on any toes here.
