Wiring funds

When wiring funds after closing on an asset, what is your process

? I thought it would be standard to open escrow account at a title company or work through a TC for online recording purposes since we never wire directly to a bank account, but even TCs seem stumped by this. Needing to get this done early next week. Thank you in advance for your recommendations
