I am hearing so much about the importance of tracking. Does anyone have a reliable system for doing this? Journal? App? If its journalling, what is the equation for figuring out the macros?
Hi @Kitty Blomfield i have done WAL in the past and the previous $27 guide which are both awesome. unfortunately due to pregnancy losses and complications at the time I couldn’t continue (I’m now halfway through pregnancy of hopefully my first little one). I’m just wondering how to continue the great work you get us started on please? I was looking to do the 4 week coaching to get up and running again but what do we do once that ends and our data is in your app? 💕
