Hi Everyone! Originally from the San Joaquin Valley in CA. Worked in the orchards until college. Then US Army Infantry for a few years before LEO in LA and northern LA County. Worked out all my life, but didn’t get smart about it until my 40’s. Did CF for a few years and then to functional weight training until now. Retired recently, close to 60 years old and now in AR. Belong to a gym, but I have my own little set up at my home with dumbbells (5-90#) and KB pairs (35-70#). We all have injuries and I’m paying for mine, and part of the reason I went to functional training. I found Chandler’s YouTube years ago and find his workouts and philosophy extremely informative. Grateful for being here and want to start the farmer carry challenge here after our rains stop, lol.
