This is so true. Just the other week someone who met me for the first time and read my post of healing and empowerment said they felt sorry for me for the conditions I am diagnosed with. I quickly changed that and flipped it, reminding them that I don’t wallow in those issues because everyone on Earth goes through something. Instead, I shifted the conversation to how I am the one who has the secret sauce to show you how to not only bounce back but to thrive and consistently do so. I am NOT my pain…no! Sadly, however, I see so many people who almost get a high out of their pain because they’re so used to it. This post is EVERYTHING, Suzanne!
