Opening Courses + Re-Launching Group
Hey everyone! I've been working hard on this group over the last couple of weeks and am about to re-launch it. A couple of things: 1. I added an intro module teaching you how to do the group. I would LOVE it if you would introduce yourselves in the intro section and use the engagement group. 2. For now, I have opened up the courses for EVERYONE in the group. My goal is to get you more engaged in the group and have the course as a prize for engagement, but a few people have asked me for access and I want to make it available. This course was previously for sale for $2500. My new program builds from there+ Ai tools + lead magnets, in a coaching program with access to me. Please go through it and post your favorite part and any wins you have from using it!! Looking forward to getting you all active in this group and getting some dream clients on LinkedIn :)

Will check it out, Linkedin is my target platform to learn and scale on, so this came at the perfect time. Thanks @Tim Keen
I trained an AI to write LinkedIn posts using my style and voice.
Here's how it works: 1. I fed it 1000+ of my top-performing posts 2. It analyzes the patterns, hooks, and frameworks I use 3. I give it a topic or transcript and it spits out a post The results are really good. It nails my tone, formatting, and content style. I tested it by having it write a post based on a call transcript. It produced this: ////// "I scaled my agency to 7-figures using this content creation system. Here's how to never run out of ideas again: 1. Record all your sales calls 2. Review recordings for key insights 3. Clip 60-second snippets on valuable topics 4. Repurpose into LinkedIn posts and videos One 30-minute call can fuel a week of content. Stop worrying about what to post. Start leveraging the gold mine of your existing conversations." //////// This will only be freely available to people in my program. But I will let you try it if you promise to: 1. use it thoughtfully with your own call recordings 2. post the output on LinkedIn 3. share the results (impressions / leads / etc) If you'd like to try it, comment ROBOT below and I'll DM you access. PS. It also produced this post (with minimal edits).

Outbound: Tips and experiences
Hey everyone! Wanted to make my first post and ask you all about your experiences with outbound. I'm considering sending connection requests to prospect, and then asking them if they'd like to have a free resource that's valuable in their sector (eCom). Have you guys tried any similar tactic? What's working for you? I also saw the great results from @Dave Miz which seem related to your DM strategy @Tim Keen. I was wondering: Is the part about DM covered in the courses we can find here, Tim? Thank you in advance😊

@Caterina Mariani I have limited recent experience with Linkedin (returning to the platform after time off for health reasons) but I suspect there is a lot of overlap with most online networking in that the first goal is the connection. I avoid any sort of pitch, invitation, soft sell if I am the one doing the cold outreach on platform. I have found that the longer term view often leads to the greater value (in terms of business connections, not just sales), than trying to pitch early. I've had referrals from people who were connected to my ideal client and I think i would have burned the connection if I'd try to subtly pitch on the first connect request. With cold email the opposite seems true though, there we go straight to an invitation to further the discussion, but then cold email is a much bigger numbers game (and it definitely can work for ecom services!).
Welcome to Modern Agency Sales
I'm excited you're here! The best way to start is to contribute right away. You can post LinkedIn content for feedback or engagement, give feedback and engagement to others, add to the swipe file, or add to the group roadmap. TWO TASKS: 1. 👉 Create a new post in "Introductions" and introduce yourself. 2.👉 Go to the "Engagement / Feedback" section, open someone's post, and engage with it on LinkedIn. Then, reply to their post and let them know you did it!

Great to connect with you all. I've just returned to Linkedin with a client (I do Fractional CMO/CRO work) and kind of surprised but not surprised at the amount of clearly-AI-generated comments and threads that seem to proliferate now. Keen to learn the right way to grow a great network on Linkedin, not just for my own sales but to be able to refer clients to others.
