This Weeks Topic Focus: Aligning With Your True Nature
Course: Tony Robbins Sub-heading: Introduction Topic: 7 Minutes That Will CHANGE Your Life Overview: These next 7 minutes could change the trajectory of your career and work, with help finding your purpose, and transforming how you see yourself for good. Aligning with your true nature can reduce stress, increase fulfillment, lead to massive success, and enhance your joy in life. Questions: Here are three reflective questions to use while listening to this clip: 1. What are your core strengths and how can you leverage them to align with your true nature?  ---> Reflect on what you're naturally good at and how these strengths can be utilized to achieve greater fulfillment and success in your life. 2. How do you currently perceive yourself, and what beliefs might be holding you back from reaching your full potential? ----> Consider any limiting beliefs you may have and how changing these perceptions could transform your self-image and achievements. 3. Which type of leader are you, and how can you evolve to become the leader you aspire to be? ---> Identify your leadership style and think about the steps you can take to develop into a more effective and inspiring leader.

Love this
Playing The Long Game: Start Simple.
One of the most important lessons I learned was to start simple and focus on consistency. You are not running a sprint, you’re running a marathon. Volume means nothing if it’s not done for an extended period of time. So for example. Going to the gym for an hour a day for two weeks but then stopping for a month is useless. But going to the gym for 20 minutes a day for 6 months will produce results both physically and mentally. So in whatever you do or whatever you are starting to do, start small and simple. Focus on showing up everyday to do that thing. Whats something new you are starting? A new habit, routine or project? How can you apply this principle to make sure you are still doing it in 6 months or a year?

Copy that sir
Where it begins: The Discipline and Purpose Cycle.
At its core, finding purpose involves creating a vision that demands your unique contribution. How can we expand our vision and uncover our purpose? This fundamental process illustrates how I transformed from an undisciplined, purposeless kid with a vague desire for more, into someone with a clear vision and a purpose that energizes me every morning. It took me years to reshape my mentality, but it doesn't have to take as long for you. Embrace this process, accept that it requires time and effort, and collaborate with our community to accelerate your progress!
