Absorption
Hello everyone. What do you add to your water so that it is hydrating? I juice and use lemon/lime. I’m curious to know of other options. Do fruits and veggies have the necessary amino acids and minerals that our body needs? Thank you.

@Taylor DeBoer I’ve a friend who disagrees. This could depend a lot on environment. I’m living in Northern Ireland and only have access to supermarket fruits atm. From experience there is a huge difference in amino acid profile and also sugars with say cavendish bananas and more tropical ones like burro bananas… Also mangoes are just not possible really and they have really good profile…. I’ve been told to supplement with EAA powder and also whole food multivitamins and even creatine.

Hi everyone! I’m curious if any of you experienced weight loss after switching to a low fat, fruit based diet, and if so, when did you notice changes in your body?

Yeah bloating goes down very quickly, high potassium low sodium so no water retention
