What would be the best possible outcome of you changing your diet?
Good morning 🌞🌻 Something I like doing every other morning, is to take my journal and write down a few reasons why I love being slim, lean and attractive. That might also include things that are possible for me when I am at my leanest, healthiest and most vibrant self. For example for me, inspiring the people around me to take care of their bodies and go vegan is way easier when I’m lean. So I’m not only helping myself but all the animals and also all the people that live healthier lives by being inspired by me. Remembering my why every single day has made it soooo easy recently to take action and to not give up in those tough moments which we all have πŸ’« I want to thank my dear and kind friend @Dillon Olias for reminding me to remember my why every single day for the last 2 month. What is your biggest challenge when it comes to sticking to a fully raw diet?
I am working on a big surprise for you all that will be launching on 1.1.2025 🀩 And for that I would be super curious to hear your struggles with implementing a fully raw or high raw vegan diet. We all have them, I have them, too. Not to say that raw is law. However I love giving my body a little rest from heavier cooked foods regularly for a couple of days. It feels soooo good. I wish every person on the planet could experience the feeling you get when you eat fully raw just for a few days 🧑πŸ”₯🌞 So if you want, close your eyes for a moment. Take a few deep breath into your nose and out the mouth. Feel the surface your sitting on. And ask yourself.... What is my biggest challenge when it comes to implementing a fully raw vegan diet? Where are you travelling to this summer? And do you find it difficult as a high raw vegan/vegan?
It's vaccation timeeeee πŸŽ‰ Would love to hear what you've got planned this summer πŸ‘‡πŸ€© I've got a couple of trips lined up. One to Italy with my family. One to La Palma (The Canary Islands) to visit my friends. And of course for Kaki Season in December I gotta go to Turkey 🀩 For me traveling as a raw vegan is the most wonderful thing on earth. Here's why: 1.) I love going to the beach. Because since I found raw foods I feel so happy and confident in my body. 2.) This lifestyle makes you feel so light and energetic, that you can experience your journey and go out and do stuff on a whole new level. 3.) You don't need a kitchen or healthy food options in restaurants since you can literally just buy ripe fruit and eat it wherever you are. 4.) You get to explore the agriculture of another place and especially in Summer this is so exciting. Many new raw foodists feel intimidated to travel while doing this lifestyle. But I no longer look at it that way. Nowadays I travel to places to eat good fruit and explore new varieties.
