Awesome! Thanks for the update. Do we know if Xero Integration is being finalised soon? Have been in the works since Q1 this year according to GHL
DR and Recurring Revenue?
Once DR has been run, be it over weeks or months depending on the database.. and you've successfully charged 3 months of fees upfront before switching to monthly... What service are you providing to still get an ongoing, recurring fee after the database has been contacted? I acknowledge you can contact non-responders multiple times, but at some point, its done.

@Stacy Spear thanks for your comment. Thats fair enough. Surely you couldn't be charging $3-5k per month for this though (based on 3 months of DR upfront being $10-15k). So the recurring revenue would be significantly less, albeit you do no more work for it.
DR and automating bookings?
Once a lead engages with the offer, you respond with "Great! does today or tomorrow work better for you?" followed by securing a time slot. - How do you know when your client would be available? If its a gym, then just anytime when someone should be at the front desk will work, but what about businesses like Chiros, physios, etc. they have set appointment slots. - Are you manually booking a time for them? - Is any of this automated after the clients' initial response?

Help: services
This is really confusing. If I click on contacts - if gives me options of leak detecrions, drain clog etc (plumbing services). A relict of when I used a plumbing thing to set this sub account up). Q1. How do I delete these services? Then under opportunities I have services of lighting, PowerPoint's, air con etc. I put these in somewhere but I don't know where. Now I can't find it. No forms, no calendars, no service groups... and the Resi VS commercial I want to get rid of but no idea where that is either!? How do I find these things?

How To Avoid "High Opt Out Rate" In DR Campaigns??
Hey guys, for context, I am about to start a new DR campaign in the CrossFit niche for one of my new clients. Although I am a little bit hesitant on how to format the "unsubscribe section". For my last client, my A2P verified phone number got disabled halfway through the campaign for over 3 days, because I had "high opt out rates". When delving into this, I realised that this was out of my control; because the list given was over 5 years old, so many people found it useless and instantly unsubscribed. My only solution is to maybe improve the offer, but that is what I should always be doing anyway. Another idea I had is to word the unsubscribe section differently: for example: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" ------> "Let me know if you aren't interested or just reply STOP" My hypothesis for this is that giving them an option to say no, rather than an instant DND might lower the opt out rates. Could anybody give their opinion or tips on this, I would be massively grateful, thank you

@Thomas Duckering depending on how big the list is, if ita a big list, only message the more recent clients. Do it in batches too, not all at once. Test an offer, see how it lands

Manually create an opt out message, for example byebye or out. Then add them to a DND (do not distrub) list
