DR and Recurring Revenue?
Once DR has been run, be it over weeks or months depending on the database.. and you've successfully charged 3 months of fees upfront before switching to monthly...
What service are you providing to still get an ongoing, recurring fee after the database has been contacted?
I acknowledge you can contact non-responders multiple times, but at some point, its done.
