This is really confusing.

If I click on contacts - if gives me options of leak detecrions, drain clog etc (plumbing services). A relict of when I used a plumbing thing to set this sub account up).

Q1. How do I delete these services?

Then under opportunities I have services of lighting, PowerPoint's, air con etc. I put these in somewhere but I don't know where. Now I can't find it. No forms, no calendars, no service groups... and the Resi VS commercial I want to get rid of but no idea where that is either!?

How do I find these things?
