Hi everyone. I have been in this community for a few weeks now but never was active in here until today. I have been into MMA the past few months and have lost much weight, gained much muscle and move better than ever. I still have a way to go but progress, baby! I am in the middle of Tom Aspinall's 75 Days Challenge via his Skool, The Aspinall Way (it is there that I have been mostly active in). This is helping me commit, again, to what needs to be done to live my best physical and mental life. That said, it wasn't until recently that I learned that Bruce Lee actually practiced Wing Chun - that was when a lightbulb 💡 went off and I said I know a group that focuses on this art. So here I am. Learning. Observing. Growing. Of course, there's way more about me but one day at a time.
