Oops
I had a minor biopsy earlier today, removing a lump on my ankle. Tonight was class, and I didn't want to miss it, so I went almost straight from the Doctor's office. Training was good, but involved lots of footwork and I may have ruined the sock 😂🤣😂

Too many favourites to easily list ;) But one I do keep returning to is 'The Martian', by Andy Weir. There's a great audio book version read by Wil Wheaton. There's something about the main characters persistence against all the things that are thrown at him that really appeals. It takes inspiration from the NASA mentality of 'working the problem.' Taking the challenge at hand and moving systematically through it. Not just him either, in the story the other teams all working together to overcome various hurdles without giving into despair. I find it inspiring when I revisit it. It reminds me to take one problem at a time, one step at a time. 'Work the problem.'
Cold Water Exposure Training
Has Everyone, What I do of the morning and nights now is that I have a hot shower 🚿 but then I will turn the cold water on for 1 to 2 minutes before hoping out. I'm finding it instantly raises my vibration up and leaves me feeling awesome. There is an resistance at first but I think the challenges my mind to be a little uncomfortable. Does anyone else do any Cold water training?? Sending Peace, love and Kung Fu to everyone 😊 😊 ❤️

I don't do it at the moment, but I've tried for short periods of times before. There seems to be a whole wealth of benefits, so I think I should revisit it :) How cold do you go with the water? Have you heard of a Dutch guy named Wim Hof? Also known as 'The Iceman.' He is a huge proponent of cold therapy. If you are getting a lot out of it, it may be worth looking him up.
Hi all :)
Hey folks. I'm Dario, from the UK. I've been attending an in person Wing Chun class for the last few months. I know very little at the moment, and there's just so much I want to learn and understand. This seems like a great resource, that I'm only just beginning to explore :D
