Alex Hormozi says: "If you want more views on YouTube, the most important part of your video is the intro." I took his advice and transcribed the first 10 seconds (ie. "The Attention Grabbing Hook") of the top 10 most viewed videos from my top 10 favourite educators on YouTube - including Hormozi himself. Then I created a fill-in-the-blank framework to model their hooks. ⚠️ WARNING: These fill-in-the-blank frameworks are powerful AF. If you want the fill-in-the-blank frameworks + the YouTube titles & intro scripts that bring in the views, just DM me: "TRANSCRIPTS" and I'll send them over today in a Google doc. If that’s you, listen very closely, because in today’s video, I’m going to show you exactly how to [solution/benefit] using [unique method/concept] - and this [method/concept] could [specific result] for you in just [timeframe]. step 1: collect winning samples. go on youtube and find 5-10 example thumbnails YOU LOVE and are performing well for that creator. step 2: go on fiverr.com hire someone on fiverr to make your thumbnails so they look/feel exactly like the samples you provide them. step 3: rinse & repeat. keep looking out for great thumbnails and keep working with your thumbnail designer to help make them better. pro thumbnail tip #1: no more than 4 words per thumbnail! pro thumbnail tip #2: don't use the same words that are already in your title pro thumbnail tip #3: get 2-3 thumbnails per video and split test them using YouTube's split test feature (see below for the test feature image) pro thumbnail tip #4: watch these thumbnail mastery videos.
