Breath Hold Times (August 31st to September 7th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) 3 dives today : 2mins, 2mins 45s . 2mins 30s. The second breath hold was particularly nice. I tried to be as relaxed as possibly not worrying about the results.

4 dives : 2 min, 2min 30s , 2 min 55s , 2min 30 s . Daily practice resume. Not able to break the 3 min barrier though ๐Ÿ˜ช

Today i tried holding breath after my yoga session. I did two max breath holds. 1 min 30 sec and 2 mins. I guess my breath wasn't normal after my yoga session.

Encourage & congratulate others - we will all be dolphins by the end of the month! We'll pick a monthly winner at random who will win a lucky prize (woo-hoo!). It's not based on how high you score (because... it's YOUR personal journey - so it does not matter if you hold only for a minute and someone else for 3 minutes).

Week 3 : 4 attempts 2min 30, 2min 50 , 3min 20, 3 min 20 . Stig's Audio is helping me a lot. I realized as we go into the 2nd ,3rd and 4th attempt the heart rate is getting slower and slower . It is helping achieve good timings. During the pause i just start the audio from beginning and do those 10 breadths with Stig. Hope this is not a wrong way to approach the max breath holds.
